Our UV-C LEDs deliver 150–300 mW per chip — a world first — three to six times the optical output of existing Flip/Vertical designs. Under the same 350 mA, they far outperform Nichia (70 mW), Seoul Viosys (60 mW) and Osram (45 mW), and their 8.24 % optical efficiency is more than double the best competitor (3.63 %). This HHP chip is the shared foundation of every sterilization and purification application.

Higher UV-C output raises throughput — shrinking industrial treatment chambers — while in home purifiers it handles final-stage disinfection without chemicals. Autoclave replacement

Replaces autoclaves — which need 30–60 minutes of high-pressure steam at 121–134 ℃ — with UV-C LED sterilization that finishes in minutes at room temperature. It achieves 99.9999 % (6-log) sterilization without water, chemicals or mercury, and with no warm-up it runs up to 10× faster. It safely sterilizes heat-sensitive items — plastics, electronics, endoscopes — that autoclaves cannot handle, with IoT smart control for remote monitoring and record-keeping.

world-first single module

A ceramic-based COB module delivering 500 W in a single package — a world first. It offers high colour rendering (98 Ra) close to natural light at 110 lm/W, and produces the two photosynthesis-critical bands (blue 450 nm and red 660–730 nm) from a single module. In trials, the R+B mixed COB grew lettuce 50 % faster than white/green LEDs and 67 % faster than sunlight. Suited to grow lights and commercial or industrial lighting.
