ZeraBio, Inc. respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This notice explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
① Automatically (on each visit): page path, timestamp, referrer, browser and operating system (User-Agent), screen size, and random visitor/session identifiers. ② Approximate country based on your IP address (we do not store your city or exact IP). ③ When you submit the contact form: your name, email, and message.
2. How we use it
To analyze visits and improve our service, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Only if you consent, we use: • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, etc.): visitor analytics • zb_vid / zb_sid: random visitor/session identifiers (local storage) • zb_consent: stores your consent choice • zb_country / zb_cc: cached country estimate Before you consent, no analytics cookies or identifiers are set, and no country lookup is performed.
4. Third parties
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for visitor analytics; some information may be transferred to and processed by Google. We also use ipwho.is (an IP geolocation service) to estimate your country from your IP; only the resulting country name is stored. See each service's privacy policy for details.
5. Data retention
Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for analysis; Google Analytics data follows Google's default retention. Contact messages are deleted within a reasonable period after we respond.
6. Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time. Use 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page to change your choice, or clear cookies/local storage in your browser. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection and country lookups.
